Data Architect - Capital Market – Foreign Exchange (FX)– Pittsburg, PA – Fulltime

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Architect with a strong understanding of Foreign Exchange (FX) and Capital Markets to design, build, and implement a foundational services for our financial reporting systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our data infrastructure to support complex financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with business stakeholders in FX and Capital Markets to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical data requirements.

· Design and develop a data architecture for FX and Capital Markets reporting, considering data sources, transformation processes, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

· Develop and maintain data models for FX and Capital Markets data, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.

· Select and implement appropriate data management tools and technologies for data integration, cleansing, transformation, and governance.

· Implement data privacy and security measures in compliance with regulatory requirements specific to FX and Capital Markets.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· At least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, with a strong focus on the Foreign Exchange market.

· Deep understanding of Capital Markets reporting requirements and experience with regulatory compliance.

· Proficiency in data modeling tools and technologies, such as ER/Studio, Enterprise Architect, or SQL Server Data Tools.

· Strong experience with database platforms, such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, and knowledge of NoSQL databases.

· Expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data integration tools like Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.

· Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

· Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data manipulation and analytics.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certifications related to data architecture, data engineering, or database management.

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understanding of their data services.

· Knowledge of ML/AI techniques for predictive analysis in FX trading.

· Prior experience in a similar role within a financial institution or a consultancy specialized in financial services

Responsibilities:

· Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.

· Customize MS Dynamics 365 by creating entities, relationships, and web resources

· Develop, test, and document working solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online platform

· Develop Forms, Report customizations, and create data entities in Dynamics 365

· Develop interfaces and integrations between CRM, related systems, and third-party software packages.

· Write plugins for MS Dynamics 365 and utilize plugin registration tool

· Experience with writing and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 plug-ins and custom workflow activities

· Provide technical support for trouble tickets that need developer assistance

· Provide estimates for new development requests

· Perform design, development, unit testing, and deployment activities related to break-fix and enhancement projects

· Lead code-related activities necessary with Microsoft updates

· Create application integrations applications using WCF and Web API

· Manage and deploy CI/CD for CRM solutions

· Preferred to have experience with C#/.Net, PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, Azure DevOps

· Experience developing canvas and model driven PowerApps

· Highly desirable experience building Office 365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow) Power Apps Power BI Dynamics.
