- Seeking a high caliber EHS Specialist who will support the EHS team in ensuring the well-being of employees and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
- The primary responsibility of the EHS Specialist will be to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS / EMS programs within the organization.
- This position requires a strong understanding of applicable regulations and standards, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide guidance and training to employees at all levels.
- Education and/or Experience: B.S. Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. M.S preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Health and Safety field with both hands on and program management experience.
- Ability to navigate and interpret EHS regulations
- Expected to function with little direction and be able to independently drive complex projects to completion.
- Mastery of the technical skills necessary to perform traditional EHS duties but at a higher more independent level.
