Role: Engineer - Degreed II_SJMLocation: Plano, TX - 75024Duration: 7 Months Duties: Ideal candidate will work in an “call center environment/ inbound calls” and execute Tech support engineer duties.. take calls from patients and field agents; troubleshooting med devices and resolve issues.. 40% calls or patient/ or MRI Center.
Experience: 3-5yrs of BIO Med Eng experience, Fresh Grads of BioMed with CS experience.
Key Skills: Customer Service experience, Soft skills, communication skills, Engineer Background, Multitask, typing, data entry.
