Job Description:

Contributes to the Provider Relations job family in a support capacity. Supports and maintains positive relationships with healthcare professionals within the network. Provides high-quality service to health care professionals. PrDescriptionovide assistance regarding education, contract questions and non-routine claim issues. Coordinates communications process on such issues as administrative and medical policy, reimbursement and provider utilisation patterns. Assists providers in contract compliance and credentialing issues. Assists with the preparation or modification of provider contracts. Completes output (documents, analyses, products) in specific work areas to appropriate time and quality targets. Works under own initiative prioritizes own work and meets agreed timescales. Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Provider Relations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
