Job Description -
Master’s Degree in social work or other mental health field required.

• Certification or licensure in social work or mental health field required, e.g. CSW (with an approved contract with the board of Social Work), LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, etc. Must be licensed in KY.
• If employee possesses a LPCA or CSW, they must have a contractual agreement for supervision.

1 – 2 Years of mental health experience required.

Will float between Adult and Child, will be cross trained.

HWC Required- Course offered during Orientation.

Will Accept Local.

EOW Required.

Candidates may only be submitted to one UHS job order at a time.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $1,500.00 - $1,720.00 per week
