Job Description:
The Sales Administrator role offers flexibility, with an initial requirement to be onsite for training. After the training period, there may be an opportunity for hybrid work arrangements, subject to a case-by-case review by the hiring manager. The position has the potential to transition from a temporary to a permanent role, depending on turnover and headcount.

Primary Functions:

• Oversee multiple new and existing customer accounts.
• Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the company.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with company and field sales personnel.
• Assess and respond to requests for information from customers and field sales representatives.
• Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) from customers or field sales, initiate internal engineering reviews, gather pricing from accounting, and generate and submit quotations with all necessary documentation.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders, translating them into company sales orders.
• Coordinate with Contract Administration on contract-related issues including terms, conditions, licenses, and certifications.
• Update internal software records (LN, CRM) as required.
• Attend scheduling and production meetings.
• Potential travel is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a technical area, or an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
