Job Description

Resource must have experience in Siemens Variation Simulation Analysis (VSA) and/or 3DCS

Gather design and manufacturing specs from Honda system(s)

Analyze part and equip specs and data to create simulation inputs

Convert native Catia data to JT file format for VSA consumption (not required for 3DCS)

Build tolerance stack model using manufacturing process and design spec(s)

Create measurements based on the judgment criteria and perform simulation

Document simulation results and countermeasure ideas

o Review with Honda Technical Evaluator for acceptance

Share simulation report with customer by project deadline
