Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise operations of all departments, assign duties, making sure work runs on schedule to meet company.
• standards for safety, quality, production, waste, housekeeping and cost.
• Monitor and ensure that all employees are following all safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized during shift.
• Enforce company rules and regulations, which apply to the specific departments
• Cross train to create and maintain a flexible workforce.
• Improve employee performance, product quality, and equipment utilization
• Lead production for order accuracy and product quality
• Perform near miss and accident investigations to continuously improve safety.
• Identify and execute product and process improvements to reduce scrap and eliminate waste.

Core Capabilities:

• Read and understand blueprints
• Set up CNC machines
• Write CNC programs
• Train new personnel
• Inspect parts
• Performing manual labor tasks
• Must be able to work overtime daily, and on weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong lean manufacturing growth leadership skills with 5 years’ experience of supervising in a build-to-order machining and metal fabrication of engineered products business; Associates or Bachelor's degree beneficial.
