Our client is seeking a professional, well-spoken Audio/Video technician to provide white glove service for conference room AV technologies at their Executive Office. This office has 5 AV rooms that this person will manage and support. They have had issues connecting to their AV equipment in these conference rooms and are requesting a resource to maintain the equipment in these rooms, set up the conference rooms before meetings, rounding, and making sure all processes and procedures are being followed. This person will be there when the conference rooms are booked to help everyone set up for their meetings, make sure all video/audio is working properly, answer any questions, troubleshoot any issues, etc. They are planning to introduce new technologies down the road that this person can be apart of. They have 100 AV rooms total but this person will only start by manning the executive office's 5 AV rooms.
Our client utilizes Crestron and Aver brand AV equipment but can be flexible with candidates who have experience with other AV brand equipment. The most important thing candidates need experience with is panning cameras. There are 2 types of cameras that pan - one where it pans to the person who is talking, and one that pans based on whose mouth is moving. The CEO's conference room has the camera that pans based on audio.
This person will need to dress professionally. Suit not required, but will have to wear slacks, collared shirt.
Hours: M-F 8-5ish. There are times where leadership will be there earlier than 8am and this person will also be required to be there earlier.
