**Looking for a true Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant**
Description:
Our client is looking for a capable Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant to join their Web Communications and SEO team. This individual will be responsible for executing on a new strategies for their new website that was launched earlier this year from a conversions perspective. This individual will be key in improving their web engagement and personalization of the website to their customers.
A successful candidate will be curious, creative, highly analytical, and able to work collaboratively to drive results as part of a large growing and dynamic cross-functional team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being strategic and hands-on, this role is not a people manager.
Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams of technology, marketers, copywriters, web designer, partner marketers, product marketing managers, HR, recruiting, legal, IT, and sales folks to improve their website sections
Help improve the organization's conversion rates by leveraging CRO strategy and tools. This will include conducting in depth analysis of current state and providing recommendations to implement for conversion improvements.
Requirements

• THIS IS NOT A JUNIOR ROLE - we need someone with at minimum 5 years of experience with a SPECIALTY in Conversion Optimization
  • Tools: Google Analytics, Optimizely etc.
  • Proven experience executing Conversion Rate Optimization strategies and tools
  • Would love someone with knowledge or experience using the "Drift" tool
  • Strong SEO understanding and best practices to ensure successful content optimizations
