Description:
Information Security Architecture (ISA) enables our customers business units to achieve their objectives and to make informed decisions that balance risk with reward, by providing actionable security strategies, architectures and solutions.
Develops and maintains business system and corporate architectures. Responsible for working on medium to high architectural impact projects, recommending exceptions to the Enterprise Architecture for low to medium impact projects, reviewing and approving low architectural impact designs and directing implementation of the architecture for multiple applications or a component family. Acts as a lead in component architecture and participates in enterprise architecture activity. Provides in-depth technical and systems consultation to internal clients and technical management to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture.
This person will work with LOB's and Application Owners throughout the migration process to make sure all products and environments maintain security posture.
Top Skills' Details
1. Must have Cloud experience (AWS/ Azure, or cloud based products like ServiceNow) * Should be able to speak to general cloud security concerns. Also should be able to articulate experience in securing client facing products while navigating through a public cloud migration.
2. Cross-domain security architecture experience (Access MGMT, Network, Platform, Cloud, incident response, cyber security etc.)
3. Enterprise security architecture design and consulting experience (working with other architecture groups, product/platform owners, business leaders etc.)
4. Experience with Security policy design, security controls etc.
5. Experience evaluating projects/initiates for potential risks and coming up with solutions to keep projects moving forward
***Would look at a very Engineer if they had the "architecture mindset" and wanted to move in that direction will hire experienced architects first

Create architectural artifacts for products and key technology initiatives with a focus on Cloud security.
Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy.
Identify architecture modernization and simplification opportunities.
Conduct complex technology and system assessments for architecture solutions.
Communicate the companywide Architecture strategy and direction to both management and systems related teams.
Make decisions in the development and maintenance of architectures.
Ensure applications adhere to established company standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Provide guidance and technical expertise on security best practices for cloud-based systems and applications
