Description:
We are hiring a candidate to support a large federal DoD government program onsite in Jacksonville, FL. The selected candidate will be hired as a Developer to handle day to day development support.
This candidate will work on the companies integrated training web application used to administer all required training throughout the company. The new site is moving the company from a stagnant non-interactive experience to a more robust interactive environment and enables the trainers to employ many more means of delivery from PowerPoints and videos to interactive slides and quizzes.
The work will include these job duties:
Development of WinForms Application for tracking Police overtime requirements and offers in keeping with union policies and base regulations across a tiered duty cycle, multiple qualification zones and varying seniority markers. Designed web interface for base security to manage access requests throughout the Installation utilizing calls from SQL database and Active Directory sources and accepting inputs from a hosted web form or Excel. they will utilize a workflow approach for submissions, managerial approvals and final investigations.
Design web application for monitoring all server hardware, patching needs and resource utilization to mitigate the lack of a local SIEM for the network and cyber trams to track and monitor local assets.
Design web application to poll network resources such as Active Directory to monitor privileged user accounts and send emails to appropriate personnel when accounts were not being utilized or were about to expire.
