Description:
Our client, an international law firm in midtown Manhattan, is looking for a Service Desk Analyst on a long term contracting basis. This person will be providing phone/remote/email support of 1000 users with issues involving Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office 2016/365, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MDM, and iManage document management. ISM (Ivanti Service Manager) is the ticketing system.

• Candidates must have a great combination of excellent customer service and strong technical troubleshooting.
• Candidates must have strong experience supporting Windows, Active Directory, MS Office, mobile devices, Citrix, and VPN issues.
• Any legal experience or experience supporting a document management system is a plus.

The first 3-4 months you will be onsite every day.
It is a 12 months consulting assignment.
The shifts available is Monday - Friday, 11 am - 7 pm. (The shift may be M-F, 10 am - 6 pm.)
