Job Details

Description:
Our client is looking to hire an onsite IT Technician to support the user. This person will be responsible for taking tier1 and tier 2 ticket. The issues will vary from technical issues such as server configurations, hardware and software troubleshooting. Also, resetting passwords, creating accounts, and deleting users within Active Directory. There will be some basic networking issues in there as well so being able to understand that will be critical. This person must be able to multi-task as well since they will be dealing with various level of issues all at once so understanding and prioritizing that is key.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Great personality and effective communication are key. Someone who can multi-task and deal with a high pressure environment will excel in this role. This person will need to have an A Certification.
