TOP 3 SKILLS NEEDED:
1. Hardware troubleshooting and network equipment support (laptops, desktops, printers, workstations, etc.)
2. Software troubleshooting support: Windows OS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN and networking, IT system databases, VMware, server support.
3. Customer service and overall rapport is 60% of the job needs.
Description:
A global technology leader that designs and develops engineered bearings and industrial motion products is looking to bring on an IT Analyst/Desktop Support Technician. The company is looking to bring on this resource as a 6-month contract to hire to increase their team size net new role (going from 2 to 3 techs in these locations). They are open to having the position in either of their locations in Keen or Lebanon, New Hampshire. This person will report to the IT Manager, who will be on site helping with training and development. The company is open to someone who is freshly graduated, someone who is familiar working in the manufacturing industry, or someone with a higher level of experience. They are very focused on an outgoing personality and good communication skills. The position requires in-person user support on site and the preferred technical skills include active directory, server management, hardware support/troubleshooting, and understanding of business processes in a manufacturing and corporate IT environment. The conversion salary ranges vary based on the level of experience.

6. ITIL certification
