We are seeking to add a new IT Compliance Analyst to add to the IT Compliance Team which falls under the IT Security Division. This position will follow a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days in office and 2-3 days remote. Will need to be flexible with the schedule based on agencies needs. The requirements for the position will be detailed below, however, at a high level we are seeking an individual that has experience with various IT compliance systems; PCI, HIPAA, SOX, CJIS etc. While this is not considered an entry level position, we are not expecting sr level engineers either. We have a solid team already established and the right candidate will be afforded the time to develop toward an engineer level.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure systems remain complaint with all applicable governing bodies
* Ensure systems are configured to meet industry recognized "best practice" for secure configuration
* Develop and implement IT Security test plans, compensating controls, policies and procedures
* Monitor and react to IT Security logs and alerts
* Assist with change management process
* Coordinate with vendors and project team members to complete tasks as assigned for ongoing projects
* Escalate issues to management
Experience / Education / Performance Requirements (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
* 1 years of experience in an IT Security, Information Assurance or Compliance role / 2 years of experience in IT
* Understanding of 1 or more compliance governing bodies; CJIS, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, etc
* Understanding of 1 or more Cybersecurity Frameworks; NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, Center for Information Security (CIS) Benchmarks
* Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
* Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
* Experience with creating, modifying and updating network diagrams with Microsoft Visio or similar
