Description:
An IT Security organization is looking for a strong SR. PM to drive security projects for the organization, specifically the security work streams This person needs to be a diplomatic relationship builder but be able to call out "BS" when they hear it . They need to be able to remove roadblocks and build solid projects plans. Additionally, this person must be able to manage a budget and be decent with Excel. This person will manage multiple projects at same time and be very skilled at multi-tasking.
This person must have Project Managed IT Security projects recently and really have a good sense of IT Security Operations so they keep up with a fast moving IT Security organization. Also, someone that is going to implement unnecessary PM process just for sake of PMBOK ceremony is not what they are looking for. Must be someone that highly organized.
