Description:
TEKsystems is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist with phase 1 of a merger & acquisition. This person will work onsite in Seville, OH.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Initial setup of PC's
• Racking and stacking of switches into racks
• Providing support to users throughout the process
• Assisting with logins and connectivity issues
• Basic Windows OS and Office 365 troubleshooting

Skills Needed:

• Experience troubleshooting IT issues in a corporate environment, including Windows OS and Office 365 support
