Title: Windows 10 PC Refresh Technician
Job Duties:

• This is a refresh/Deployment project for refreshing machines->upgrading, replacing, and configuring PC devices.
• Conducted data migration and backups, including user account creation and Windows settings configuration for PCs, alongside iOS device management.
• Implemented automated email archiving and retention policies in Microsoft Exchange.
• Must have experience using migration tool or processes such as Microsoft User State Migration Tool (USMT) for PC data migration/refresh activities
• Resources will be using ServiceNow ticketing system for documenting migration/refresh activities on a daily basis
• Must have documented experience performing PC Refresh activities
• Customer expects 25 machines per week

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Resource must have Windows 10 experience
As this is a new contract, please expect some changes regarding hours and locations.
