Description:
Our client is looking for a candidate an experienced business systems analyst who can optimize processes throughout the implementation and hypercare of an SAP OTC system in support of a large IS Oil deployment. In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and able to work in a team environment and independently.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects.
Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives.
Author Functional Specification Documents
Test and track business requirements through implementation.
Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions.
Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills:
Must have 3 years of hands-on OTC experience (implementation experience preferred)
Must have 5 years of business analyst experience
Go-live / hypercare support experience is also helpful.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Familiar with Microsoft Visio
Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools
Knowledge of Agriculture Business and Industry
