Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the RFI process to identify and select a suitable SaaS platform.
- Manage go-lives of SaaS products, overseeing multiple integrations with legacy systems and a distributed user base.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Incorporate usability and user interface needs into system design and enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders, including IT and business teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining current and future state services and systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research, presenting complex data in accessible formats.
- Hands-on experience with go-lives of SaaS-based products, managing integrations, and a distributed user base.
- Experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore vendors.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Business Analyst throughout the full project management lifecycle for software development and implementation projects.
- Ability to articulate and document functional and non-functional requirements to inform the RFP process.
- Previous involvement in system implementation projects.
