TEKsystems is Hiring a Client service representative Near Marietta, GA

Client Services Representative

Pay : $ - $ hour

Shift : between the hours of 8AM-6PM

Monday Friday

Training Schedule : 6 weeks FULLY on-site for 40 hours per week

Location : Smyrna, GA

Description :

The main function of the Client Services Representative is to counsel clients, contractors, and business on StreamLabs product / service offerings and independently resolve tasks while maintaining performance standards.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of equipment.
  • Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their equipment documenting interactions and following up as needed.

Mostly Microsoft Office applications

Follow-up on prescribed tasks

Training will be provided on product knowledge and FAQ

Skills :

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions and within established time constraints
  • Some technical proficiency to be able to move from one internal system to the next
  • The ability to solve questions as related to the product
  • Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes / procedures while meeting / exceeding service performance and quality standards.
  • Proven organization skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Education / Experience :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-4 years of client service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel
  • Outlook-initiate messages and responses with clients and contractors
  • Word-basic experience
