A Day in the Role :

• Makes and receives phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks.
• Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
• Responds to, research and / or assists with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
• Maintains accurate records on complaints and / or other customer comments and makes recommendations for changes to management.

Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Ability to handle high stress situations.
• Problem solver / de-escalation handler
• Data Entry Experience
