LaSalle Network is Hiring a Customer Service Specialist Near Deerfield, IL

LaSalle Network has partnered with a mobility equipment supplier to find a Client Service Specialist to join their team. Our client prides themselves on their positive, upbeat company culture. This position is 100% onsite in Deerfield, IL.
Client Service Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Review damage assessment results and making recommendations
  • Coordinate with technicians to order parts and new equipment from dozens of manufacturers
  • Work closely with a dynamic team of Service Specialists and Claims Specialists to ensure that customers' medical equipment needs are addressed
  • Build relationships with manufacturer reps and negotiate pricing as needed
  • Perform local assessments and repairs
  • Handle local rentals and sales of new equipment
Client Service Specialist Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required
  • Some experience providing customer service preferred
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task various projects
  • Great attention to detail and patience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
  • Positive/contagious personality
  • Must exude confidence over the telephone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and confidence to take occasional risks
