TEKSystems is currently hiring multiple customer service representatives in Allentown, PA! This is a call center customer service role with a reputable organization that promotes internal growth and development.

Location : Allentown, PA
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30AM-5PM
Pay : $17 / HR (full time opportunity with weekly pay!)
Detailed job description :
As a customer service representative, you will be handling high volumes of inbound calls from current / prospective customers.
The core focus is to answer general inquiries / handle complaints, take payments, maintain customer data, and provide insight into services offered.
Daily duties include, but are not limited to :
- Respond to customer service inquiries, request, complaints via inbound calls and emails. Estimated 80 minimum per day.
- Required to dispatch call to appropriate department.
- Calls will be in regard to scheduling, billing, service, etc.
- Utilize pricing sheets to price products for customers.
- Enter service and route data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes.
- Will be creating new orders (both home and residential).
Required qualifications :
- 2 years of call center customer service experience
- Ability to utilize computers / software's efficiently
