NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS IN WILMINGTON, DE!
Position will be HYBRID requiring some time on site
- Provide quality customer service and support BNY Mellon BTS Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Enter information in a computerized database.
- Communicate any problems or issues to management.
Must have the following abilities :
- Uphold and practice the highest code of ethical standards and conduct.
- Make decisions within well-defined parameters.
- Effectively prioritize within a high-pressure, high volume environment with tight deadlines.
- Have basic PC skills and data entry experience.
Details :
- This positions will be supporting a 24 / 7 call center.
- Training will be Monday-Friday 8 : 30a-5p
- Actual shift will be swing shift hours scheduled between 10am-1am
- WILL require a Saturday OR Sunday to be worked
- Position is able to be 4 days for 10 hours or 5 days for 8 hours. Both will require one weekend day
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Call Center Experience
Proven tenure in past roles
Excellent communication skills
High School Diploma Required
