Description:
-National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients (i.e. Computershare and Georgeson) -Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response -This is a contested proxy meeting where one side has said I don't believe management is doing the right thing for the shareholders, and we need to fire them and here are the replacements to run the Board of Directors to replace management. -The job is to say that the information you received asking you to vote is not accurate, and they are not caring about you as an individual investor. They will then direct them where they can vote moving forward. -Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side, management has your best interest in mind.
