Description :

Mid-America : much more of an Order Entry / Case Investigation role to start.

Retail : this will have much more inbound calling to start, so much more customer service oriented to being, compared to the Mid-America spot.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Contractor will assist with multiple projects, working with WBP customers (mainly Home Depot & Lowes) - Example : If Home Depot sends a request to the team stating they are expecting 50 items (coming from WBP) that need to be updated (lets say the size), this team is expected to update the order.
• In this role, Contractor will also take inbound phone calls from homeowners ("do it yourselfers") that WBPs customers (Home Depot or Lowes) may not be able to assist.
• Data Management and working within the company portal will be a large portion of this role
• Regular communication with team / supervisor, as well as daily communication with other departments
• They will to communicate back with customer often
