Description:
-Responsible for assisting customers needs via email and phone -Customers looking to place new orders, order updates, tracking and shipment information, and order issues - Send tracking orders to customers -Process online orders -15 phone calls per day -Respond to customer 100 emails from general email inbox -Other duties as assigned -Respond to customer requests and sell products/services -Execute Sales efforts in a professional manner that reflects positively of the company and its partners -Work with manufacturer partners to improve service levels and market share -Step in wherever possible to support sales efforts
