JD: Desktop Support
Location : Brentwood, TN 37027 (Day one onsite )

• Develop written communications and templates.
• ssets to be imaged based on the documentation provided.
  Clean up, prepare, and ship assets.
• Triage to the next level of support
• Wipe down computers according to spec/guidelines
• Good communicator via email/Teams
