Description :
In this role, the Information Specialist delivers a high level of proactive and operational support for a diverse technical environment.
The person in this position is constantly in direct contact with a large number of users across all levels of the organization.
The incumbent must deal effectively with multiple concurrent problems with only limited direct supervision. As such, determination of the highest immediate priority(s) and the most expedient course(s) of action may be required several times during the workday.
The incumbent is responsible for all devices that are directly or indirectly connected to the our client's environment. The resource also acts as a liaison between the corporate Information Services team and works to ensure stable on-going operations.
In addition to the soft skills above, the following technical skill sets will be required :
Ability to provide 2nd level support of similar equipment
