HYBRID Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Must be available to work between the hours of 10 AM - 1 AM

• Potential to work either (5) eight hour shifts or (4) ten hour shifts
• Must be able to work Saturday OR Sunday

Location: Lake Mary, FL (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Description

• The Customer Service Representative will provide quality customer service and support for a BTS customer service department on a daily basis.
• The representative will field between 50-60 calls per day, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
• Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries. Enter information in a computerized database.
• Communicate any problems or issues to management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 year Call Center Customer Service Experience
• Proven track record of stable employment
• Ability to work an 8 OR 10 hour shift, and able to work Saturday OR Sunday
• Prior banking customer service experience preferred, not required
