Orthopedic Coding. Review physician recommendations for treatments to ensure they are accurate, match the correct billing code to all surgical and non-surgical procedures, and submit the documentation to the insurance company or other departments that require the information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
Certified coder required w / 2 years of Ortho experience.
2 year of medical coding experience
E / M coding experience preferred
Software is Allscripts Touchware / PM- not a requirement to have this experience
