Qualifications

• 2 years of front desk experience within a fast pace medical office.
• Strong computer skills
• Epic knowledge is preferred

Job Overview

• Answer a high volume of phone calls
• Schedule patient appointments
• Confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments
• Enter patient information into Epic
• Check patients in and out
• Insurance verification
• Patient registration
• Check people in and out
• Handle follow ups

Work Environment

• Extremely busy multispecialty floor
• Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm 37.5 hours
• Parking: Have to pay to park
