Job Description
This person will be working within a financial organization's Operations inside of Consumer and Community Bank. More specifically cash/check for the back office within branch solutions.
Their primary responsibility will be working within design thinking teams, process and leading design sessions. They will looks for them to integrate quickly to help move work from low to high fidelity.
Their portfolio should include how they worked the problem in detail (true design thinking)
This person should be able to come in and hit the ground running immediately
Role breakdown
5-10% Research
60% Figma
20% Meetings
* Have worked on large teams that include Engineering, Product, Research, Analytics. (sometimes multiple product teams as once)
* Have worked within an enterprise size company
* Figma experience
* Can demonstrate the thinking behind their designs and problems solved
* Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
* Conduct lean formative and summative research.
* Develop storyboards, journey maps, blueprints, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
* Work closely with product managers, engineers, analytics, and stakeholders to deliver the final product.
* Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis.
* Iterate on designs according to user feedback, tech constraints, and business needs.
* Ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
* Manage multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Minimum of 6 years of design experience with at least 2 years in a large organization.
* Expertise in design software such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
* Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and process.
* Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
