MONDAY - FRIDAY 11AM-9PM (SECOND SHIFT)

SATURDAY - TUESDAY 11AM-9PM (SECOND SHIFT)
Qualifications

• 1 year of call center customer service experience
• Ability to manage high volume calls
• Excellent computer skills, must be able to work off multiple systems
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Primary job function is to respond, handle, diagnose and resolve inbound customer interactions within the Department of Parks and Recreations.
• An Associate will need to identify, research, and resolves technical problems related to specific User Portal.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution within the company IPC Tool.
• Manage high volume inbound calls.
