Description
Accountable for performing critical initial review of Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy screenshots against expected information with readiness for validation view processing functions across multiple client source systems; requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality control
Review client source system screenshots alongside expected data while navigating multiple computer screens
Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization, securely handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and supporting regulated deadlines
Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications, Adobe and the ability to navigate in a web based tool
