*Revenue Specialist*

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Specialist to join our team. As a Revenue Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing patient insurance information, ensuring accurate submission of insurance claims, and collecting outstanding patient balances. This position will initially focus on paper claim submissions and core foundational tasks, with the goal of transitioning to an investigation role.

Responsibilities:

* Process patient insurance information during the patient intake process.

* Submit insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.

* Collect payments on outstanding patient balances.

* Learn and master core foundational tasks related to revenue management.

* Investigate and verify inpatient and outpatient overlaps.

* Follow up on claim denials based on backlog overlaps.

* Create a positive and fun work environment.

Qualifications:

* Open to candidates with any medical or healthcare experience

* Willingness to learn and train in revenue management processes.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
