We are searching for motivated bilingual representatives to source, screen, and qualify clients. You must quickly respond to and nurture new inquiries using phone, text, and email with the goal of connecting them with an attorney.

Conduct majority outbound calls to qualified leadsContributing to a speed of less than 2 minutes for new inquiriesBuilding rapport with customers leading to at least 30% close ratesWorking towards a contact rate of 85% on all inquiriesAccurately recap facts verbally during calls
