Description
• Work on-site as needed following Covid19 prevention best practices.
• Handle incoming customer phone calls and emails; provide first and second level support/triage.
• Address escalated tickets, provide incident response and triage to include after-hours support when tasked. Escalate appropriately as required.
• Communicate status to end users and update ticket information.
• Support technical initiatives as assigned by site technical manager.
• Assist in developing and maintaining knowledge base and department procedure documentation.
• Liaison with vendors, clients, and other teams for any required troubleshooting and/or support of projects.
• Support technical needs of employees and clients as they relate to computer based systems.
• Hardware replacement and disposal.
• Assist with on-site inventory management.
• Other duties as assigned.
