- • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage incoming mail
- • Keep the front desk and meeting rooms stocked in anticipation of others' needs
- • Review meetings and events each day so that you can anticipate what areas may need special attention
- • Send company-wide email communications and announcements
- • Enforce company security and safety policies
- • Use sound judgment to respond to and resolve issues on a case-by-case basis
- • Complete scheduled duties quickly and efficiently, re-prioritizing when unexpected needs arise
- • Maintain inventory of all office supplies
- • Provide administrative support to other employees as needed
- • Assist with setting up and tearing down events, including our weekly company lunch
