Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician/Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. The Process Technician will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Team player who works with cross-functional teams to improve Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale metrics
• Has an interest in High-Pressure Die Casting, CNC Machining, and Assembly processes
• Has knowledge and interest in learning process design and process costing for productivity
• Identify and improve Quality and Productivity to achieve daily results
• Generate continuous improvement projects / Kaizen activities
• Able to operate equipment as needed and to be able to understand the current process to identify opportunities for improvement
• Open, learn, and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies for improvements
• Diagnose the issues and develop the root cause for countermeasure activity
• Make summary reports for assigned projects in a set frequency and be able to present factual data for consensus and drive path forward

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma / Associate Degree
• Good work ethic (Able to work in team settings, good communication)
• Basic computer/math skills
• Able to interpret 2D drawings preferred
• Basic knowledge of High Pressure Die casting, CNC Machining, and Programmable Logic Control is preferred
• Some prior experience in Manufacturing is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.36 per hour
