Job Responsibilities:
- Overall field supervision of all aspects of assigned projects
- Manage project scheduling so that time project is completed on time, in strict accordance with plans, specifications and local codes
- Scheduling of all subcontractors, consultants and vendor so that the project can be completed on time * Supervise, manage and coordinate subcontractors, foreman and laborers
- Coordination of work in the field
- Ensure that jobsite safety plan and protocols are strictly adhered to
- Manage all inspections and quality control for the project.
- Ensure construction adheres to plans and specifications
- Ensure that necessary and update drawings and specifications are maintained on site
- Completion of projects om time and within the project’s budget
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree / High School or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- Proven, valuable experience with construction project supervision
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills * Ability to read and comprehend construction documents
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills * Ability and Willingness to travel between jobsite and some out of state jobsites
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word) and Procore
- OSHA Certified Job
