Responsibilities:

  • Activate the Connection: Handle inbound calls and emails from new customers eager to activate their client products. Your clear and supportive communication will guide them seamlessly through the process.
  • Database Dynamo: Accurate data entry is your superpower. You’ll enter and update information in our relevant databases, ensuring smooth operations.
  • CRM Maestro: Track the activation process using Salesforce’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. You’ll manage case queues, and follow-ups, and ensure no account detail goes missing.
  • Product Whisperer: Dive deep into the client product universe. Understand their functionality and troubleshoot like a pro. Share this knowledge with our customers.
  • Technical Backup: When the support lines light up, you’ll step in to assist with technical support calls. Your expertise will be the lifeline for our users.
  • Professional Politeness: Maintain a courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor with both internal and external customers. You’re the friendly face behind the screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
