Tasks

As the Process Manager (Material Management), you will perform the following duties:

• Responsible for identifying and resolving bottlenecks within LTCS' processes by designing, implementing, and establishing KPIs and quality gates to monitor process performance. Your role will also involve mastering and further developing LTCS' business intelligence system to provide valuable analytics for decision-making.
• Work closely with different departments to identify interface challenges and drive the improvement of overall material management and internal logistics processes.
• You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by driving continuous improvement and ensuring that our processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness while complying with all regulatory and customer requirements.
• All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

The ideal Process Manager (Material Management) must fulfill the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED desirable
• MRO or Consultant / Business Intelligence required.
• Experience in process design and process analysis (preferably in the MRO/supply chain/logistics area)
• English language required.
• German language desirable.
• Process design, KPI design and implementation, and process optimization (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) required.
• SQL, MS SQL Server, and SSRS or similar knowledge
• MS Office (mainly EXCEL and ACCESS), MS Visio as expert.
• Prior experience in the use and development of data visualization tools (MS SSRS or similar business intelligence Software) beneficial
• Must possess a permit to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $67,946.00 per year
