Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of all aspects of assigned projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate project related issues to senior management as needed • Manage the client relationships
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Establish and maintain subcontractors and vendors relationships
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long[1]term goals
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and the GTL project team
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make necessary adjustments to achieve those budgetary objectives Job

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Experience with developing and tracking budgets
  • Ability and Willingness to travel between jobsite and some out of state jobsites
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word) and Procore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,224.11 - $150,119.36 per year
