Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Location: Wisconsin Dells, WI (Onsite)
This is a 3rd shift position with weekend availability.

- The Building Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the safety, maintenance, and repair of all buildings owned and operated by the client.
- Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License (or ability to obtain one) and an acceptable driving record*
Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited:
- Repairing and maintenance of all furnishings and equipment that is assigned.
- Completes room work request forms, preventative maintenance sheets, work requests by telephone and VHS radio, and resort guest requests.
- Make daily inspections on the interior and exterior building components throughout the resort.
- Ensures all repairs are scheduled and they are completed in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, electrical equipment, pneumatics equipment, Ving Card lock systems, fire alarm systems, cooling and refrigeration, and all other related equipment.
- Maintains daily work request log on all rooms and common area repairs.
- Communicates effectively with co-workers, keeping up to date on code requirements and changes, receiving and maintaining certifications and other related training.
- Follows all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.45 - $24.63 per hour

- Resort/Hotel Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

- Repair/Maintenance of fire alarm systems: 1 year (Required)
- Repair cooling and refrigeration: 1 year (Required)
