• Extensive experience with Cloud Management Database (CMDB) experience.
• ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) experience.
• ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience.
• Experience in the Cloud Provisioning & Governance ServiceNow module.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Cloud, Provisioning and Governance

Basic Qualifications:

• 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform – ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups.
• 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and transform scripts.
• 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations.
• All other duties as assigned or directed.
• Candidate must be ITAM certified.
• Must have extensive experience with ITAM and ITSM
• Extensive development and scripting experience
• Experience developing Scope applications.
• Heavy front end development
• Workflow automation
• Service management knowledge.
