Summary

• Our Facilities Partner will be responsible for assistingthe Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining the Pittsburghfacilities including preventive maintenance (PM) emergency responsegeneral maintenance carpentry plumbing systems and HVAC systems.
• The colleague must be able to perform therepair maintenance restoration and replacement of various buildingoperational components independently and with team support.
• Documents all work in CMMS and participatesin the OnCall duties of providing any hours maintenancesupport.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Assistthe Lead Building Maintenance Technician with all aspects ofbuilding maintenance including plumbing electrical HVAC and generalrepairs.
• Follow all safety policies andprocedures and maintain strict attention to detail when working onjob.
• Performance of ongoing preventive andrepair work orders on facility mechanical electrical plumbing andother installed systems equipment and components.
• Uses CMMS work order system to manage the timelycompletion of all preventative and corrective maintenanceassignments.
• Perform assigned facility roundsand due diligence efforts by being proactive; reporting onconditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations;

and entering work orders for resolution.

• Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methodsto eliminate them.
• Escorting vendors onsite toperform routine preventative maintenance or repairs
• Must be willing and able to support any afterhoursbuildingrelated activity as required.
• Ensurethat work is performed efficiently with a minimum amount ofdisruption and inconvenience.
• Maintains aclean and safe working environment.
• Mustcomplete all required safety training as scheduled and ontime
• Other tasks as assigned
