Position : ElectroMechanical AssemblerManufacturing Operator

Duration : 9 Months (Possible temp to hire depending on performanceand business needs)

Job Type : Contract

Shift : Monday to Friday 5 : 30 AM 2 : 00 PM

Signon Bonus

• $500 after the first30 days from the date of joining.
• $500 aftercompleting 90 days from the date of joining.

Must Haves :

Minimum 1 years ofdirectly applicable experience as an ElectroMechanical assembler.

Ability to selectand use common hand tools such as torque drivers soldering ironsscrewdrivers crimp tools and wire cutters.

Ability to grasp hold and manipulate smallobjects repeatedly and for a long duration

Must be able to read write and communicate inthe English language

Duties

Duties are performed in a productionenvironment where some duties require the use of PersonalProtective Equipment.

Requires regular sitting handling fingering and feelingand occasional walking and standing.

Specific vision abilities required includeclose vision and color vision.

Requires eyehand coordination.

Must beable to relate to other people beyond giving and receivinginstructions :

• Can get along with coworkers peersand upper management without exhibiting behavioral extremes;
• Respondappropriately to coaching from trainers QA and supervisors;

Must be energeticand have a positive attitude.

Assist in other operational areas as needed includingassembly or other duties as assigned.

Skills :

Minimum 1 years of directly applicableexperience as an ElectroMechanical assembler.

Lifting : Requires lifting of upto 15 lbs. frequently up to 40 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs.occasionally. (Not all positions require this skill)

Computer : Skills in operatingcomputers and common software to use workplace Systems are a plus.

Assemble align andtest complex electromechanical optoelectrical mechanical &electronic subassemblies according to product diagrams schematicsor samples.

Alsoclean & prepare parts for assembly.

Ability to select and use common hand toolssuch as torque drivers soldering irons screwdrivers crimp tools andwire cutters.

Ability to grasp hold and manipulate small objectsrepeatedly and for a long duration.

Ability to read and interpret production orengineering drawings wiring diagrams test instructions assemblydrawings work orders procedures and safety rules.

Ability to determine the sequenceof operations from sketches samples and written / oral instruction.

Ability to inspectand test to specifications and record results.

Must be able to read write andcommunicate in the English language

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.
